To Become a Member

1 - Conditions

To become a Member you need to :

1.1 - Active Member

Sign the Charter of Members

Pay the annual inscription right and subscription.

1.2 - Benefactor Member

Sign the Charter of Members

Pay the annual inscription right and subscription.

Morally, physically ou financially ( above subscription ) help A.D.H..

2 - Price list

Subscription for year 2003 :  35,00 €  (euros) to 74,99 € for Active Member

You become a Benefactor Member when your subscription is equal or more than 75,00 € for one Member

3 - Procedure of adhesion

If you want to become a Member of A.D.H., you only have to contact us at our address at the bottom of this page or through the inscription form hereunder with your complete address.

Persons under 18 must give writen authorisation from one of their parents or guardianship.

Then we send you the Charter of Members in duplicate. You sign and send back both of them with the paiement according to your choice ( Active or Benefactor Member ) .

If you are agreed, you will recieve :
- One sample of the co-signed Charter of Member
- your A.D.H. Member card for the year
- un voucher of your payment.
 
If you are alas not agreed, you will recieve :
- your payment back
