Administration of A.D.H.
1 - Who are actors of A.D.H. A.D.H.
The Association A.D.H. is composed of physical and / or moral
persons :
- The Founder Members :
are persons having based the
Association. They are official members the Association.
- The Active Members :
are persons that have taken the
commitment to pour annually a contribution to the Association.
- The Benefactor Members :
are persons that have helped
morally,
physically or financially ( out contribution ) the Association.
- Members of Honor :
are, on proposal of the board of
directors, persons confirmed by the General Assembly.

- What we understand by "Acting"
"To
act" can be defined, in non exhaustive way, as follows :
 | Actions, "on the
spot", to struggle against Exclusion ; for example to help the Homeless Persons,
alcoholics, slaves of drugs to learn back to live normally, to find a job and a bed. It
concerns both a material, relational, administrative assistance ( transitory because we
don't want to transform them in sluggish persons ) or a psychological accompaniment.

to allow to realize A.D.H.'s aims

| Public interventions
to improve the Quality of Life ( social relations, advices, to learn to live, . .. ) and
to struggle against Exclusion ( administrative advices, employment, health, . .. )

| To provide useful
informations ( addresses, methods, . ... ) to help, in the ethics of A.D.H.
, persons in need.

| To sustain materially
the association.

3 - What is the structure of structure of A.D.H.
A.D.H.
A.D.H. , as all associations, is directed by a Bureau whose members are chosen among Administrators.
- The Bureau is
composed as follow:
- - a President
- - a Treasurer
- - a Secretary
Administrators, who control the life of the association
and the respect of the Internal Regulation, are elected for
four years, among Members of A.D.H. , by the
General Assembly. The mandate of Administrator is renewable.
The Ordinary General Assembly sits at least once per year. Each Member
has a voice. Modes of vote are described in the internal regulation.
